Holiday Inn Six Flags Eureka

All in all very nice, very worth the money to stay.

Descent appearance upon arrival. Room highly generic. However, the smell that came with the room(oh my). Mini fridge standard highly appreciated. Over all 2 day stay, mediocre at best.

I can not say enough about how friendly and accomodating the staff were to us. I do not recommend eating in the fine dining room however the terrace bar was great! This was definitely a family oriented hotel so if you are looking for a quiet swim, dinner, or evening this is not the place for you. I would highly recommend this hotel to families who are going to Six Flags. The location is the best. The hotel itself offers so much for the kids to do. We got rained out at Six Flags the first day, but the kids were not upset because of the many activities like swimming, pizza, and arcade games at our hotel. Also, there is a shuttle bus that takes hotel customers back and forth from Six Flags. This is great for a family on a budget because it saves you the $15 per day parking at Six Flags. This hotel is right next to Six Flags - very convenient. The lobby is beautiful and historic. It shows information and pictures of the history dating back to the Indians digging a spring and later the stagecoaches stopping there for the night on their way west. Although it has this great history, the hotel rooms were very up-to-date and comfortable. Ours had its own balcony. Others opened up to the atrium/pool area. Our stay was great. Although the pool area stated that you swim at your own risk after so many kids entered the pool an employee stayed and watched over the area to help keep them safe. Very friendly employees and a very pleasant stay. I was highly pleased! ...read more

WE were visiting friends in Eureka so the location was excellent and being so close to Six Flags, we know we will be back over the summer.
